Each class in this 6-week course progressively guides you towards the 12 Poses for Bone Strength and Health, medically proven to build bone and balance. These safe and easy classes are especially useful for those of you living with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia.”
We will meet for 6 Livestream classes on Zoom: Wednesdays 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Pacific Time, starting October 2nd through November 6th. Classes offer the personal feel of a small supportive group setting. Diane guides each participant through bone-strengthening yoga at the perfect level for his or her body.
