She is a certified yoga teacher for the Dr. Fishman Method of Yoga for Osteoporosis.
In these weekly LIVE streaming classes Diane Thompson will guide you through a variety of 12 poses from the 36 bone building postures designated by Dr. Fishman. A twice weekly practice at home will truly make a difference in your quality of life. These classes are based on the work of the esteemed Dr. Loren Fishman.
